Kamoth produces steel casting with three types of process, Shell Molding, Sand Casting and Investment Casting( Silica sol and Lost wax). The material we pour includes carbon steel, alloy steel with a weight range from 0.2 to 500 kg.

We have independent molding workshop, machining center, heat treatment workshop, testing & package workshop, these facilities could shorten lead time and Reduced manufacturing costs for you. Familiar with the various industrial standards, such as Chinese GB, American ASTM, AISI , German DIN, French NF, Japanese JIS, British BS, Australian AS and Association of American Railroads (AAR ) and other industrial standards.

1. How to choose casting process wisely?

Please send us the drawings and annual product requirements.

Based on demand and application of products, we will choose the process cost-wisely for our customers.

2.What is the lead time for the OEM product?

If no machining required, 30days for shell molding and 45days for investment casting and sand casting. If the product needs to be machined, it will take another 15 days.

3. What’s your delivery time for GET parts?

Firstly, we will check our stock if availability, if no stocks, lead time is around 35days.
