Shell molding, also known as shell-mold casting, is an expendable mold casting process that uses resin covered sand to form the mold. As compared to sand casting, this process has better dimensional accuracy, a higher productivity rate, and lower labor requirements. It is used for small to medium parts that require high precision.

1. How to choose casting process wisely?

Please send us the drawings and annual product requirements.

Based on demand and application of products, we will choose the process cost-wisely for our customers.

2.What is the lead time for the OEM product?

If no machining required, 30days for shell molding and 45days for investment casting and sand casting. If the product needs to be machined, it will take another 15 days.

3. What’s your delivery time for GET parts?

Firstly, we will check our stock if availability, if no stocks, lead time is around 35days.
